HostJane manages virtual machines on Amazon EC2, and virtual private servers on EC2 bare-metal compute. All servers are based in an AWS datacenter with an Amazon static IP.
Website Transfer Service
Pre-Move: We will seamlessly copy all data from your previous hosting account including all files and databases to your third-party host to your new server.
In Progress: Do not close your hosting accounts or make changes to your website. Changes made during the transfer may not be preserved. Throughout the migration process, your website and email should remain accessible and functional.
Completion: We'll update you as soon as the process has finished. There may be restrictions on what can be moved which will be discussed on a case by case basis.
